Advertising Campaign Coordinator (Italian speaking)
Campaign management is one of the core foundations of Adform platform. It enables media agencies and advertisers to create, manage, optimize and grow their digital advertising campaigns in a simple, relevant and rewarding way.
Ad Campaign Coordinator takes part in helping clients by: setting up new campaigns, suggesting best practices to exploit Adform platform to the fullest potential, troubleshooting various cases which relates to campaign performance.
Stuff you’ll be doing:
- Be the owner of every e-mail that comes your way – investigate, identify, set up new campaigns and fix issues, calling in reinforcements when needed
- Coordinating campaign set up from the very beginning ‘till the very end between different parties such as media agencies, publishers or even third party partners
- Using e-mail to interact with our customers – mostly media agencies or direct advertisers, but you may also expect to be reached out by publishers as well
- Assisting our clients with everyday tasks by providing the best customer experience that is out there in the market
- Educating clients about the possibilities of our platform
This job might be for you if:
- You have experience in working with clients and you really enjoy collaborating with them
- You are fluent in English and Italian, both verbal and written
- You are naturally attentive to details and there’s nothing that can slip through your eyes unnoticed

- You define yourself as a team player and enjoy working in a fast pace dynamic environment
What might give you an edge:
- Experience in online advertising field
- Knowing one of these languages: German, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Polish
